Carrier Approvals and Certification

CPS postal software has been awarded Manifest Analysis Certification (MAC) by the United States Postal Service.  CPS is also fully certified by the United States Postal Service to support Delivery Confirmation service.   This includes label printing (with tracking numbers) and electronic filing on the Internet.  After purchasing and installing CPS, just establish a Delivery Confirmation upload account through your local Post Office and you will qualify for the discount on Delivery Confirmation that the Post Office gives when you upload your Delivery Confirmation data from CPS to them each day.

Shipping Labels and Documentation

CPS postal software also prints document labels, custom labels and other user defined labels.  In fact, CPS can print multiple labels for each package processed.

CPS also supports printing of international documentation like the commercial invoice, SED, Certificate of Origin and the USPS 2976/2976A forms.  CPS adds the ability to send e-mail shipment notifications for your United States Postal Service parcels by using SHIP eLERT^®s.  This means your customers can track their own United States Postal parcels just like they can with the other major carriers!

CPS also prints permit imprint labels and standard shipping labels.  Additionally, CPS supports Balloon Rate, Oversize Rate and UCC/EAN 128 bar codes.
