New US Postal Service^® Rates and Services
Start January 18, 2009

Support for the US Postal Service changes scheduled for January 18th are available when using CPS version 20090105 service pack "B" or higher.  This new version of CPS includes support for the new USPS Priority Mail Small Flat-Rate Box for standard domestic, International and APO/FPO deliveries.

There are also significant changes to the USPS pricing structure and new discounts that should be studied to best use USPS advantages where available.

IMPORTANT USPS CHANGE: Retail prices can no longer be used for mail manifesting.  To use mail manifesting one of the two commercial price discounts must be used. 

All changes effective January 18th are included in CPS service pack "B".

The CPS shipping software will support the new rates and services on their effective dates. Access the CPS On-Line Support site directly from your CPS shipping software or from the CPS for Windows program group.
